Weekly Standard: Obama vs. Anthony Kennedy?
The Supreme Court is currently deliberating over the fate of the Affordable Care Act. Stephen F. Hayes of The Weekly Standard argues that Obama may have picked an unwise battle with Justice Athony Kennedy of the Supreme Court over the law's constitutionality.
