New Republic: Media Gets Egyptian Candidate Wrong
U.S. newspapers have gone out of their way to designate a hero in Egypt's presidential race. Eric Trager of The New Republic argues that the American media has had a tough time acknowledging that election is a contest between theocratic Islamists and autocratic former Mubarak regime officials.
